Complaints Policy
How to raise a service concern and what information helps resolve it.
Raise the concern promptly
Call (202) 555-0169 and provide the project address, service date if applicable, the agreed scope, the part of the work in question, photographs, and the outcome you are requesting.
What happens next
The concern should be logged, reviewed against the written estimate or work authorization, and assigned to someone who can respond. A site visit may be needed when photographs and records do not establish the condition.
Safety or damage
If an active condition may injure someone or damage property, keep people away and contact the appropriate emergency, utility, property, or qualified trade service. A website complaint does not replace emergency action.
Records
Keep the estimate, scope changes, receipts, messages, and photographs. Do not send account credentials, government identification, or unrelated sensitive information.
